RentWorks's Resident Scorecard lets you easily and quickly analyze and make decisions about residents' applications. Templates are created based on specific client criteria, allowing them to define what determines whether they hand over the keys to the applicant.
The result: one easy to use scoring grade delivered to you to inform your rental decision.
Resident Scorecards can be configured using the following:

Average grade or weighted average grade
- Overall Decision Recommendations
